At DayunTalib, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping practices below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Carrier & Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) using Standard Shipping.

3. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays).
  • Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST) – Eastern Standard Time.

Orders placed after the cut-off time or during weekends/holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

4. Delivery Time (Transit Time)

  • Transit Time: 6–11 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 7–14 business days (Handling + Transit Time).

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, severe weather, or peak holiday seasons.

5. Shipping Cost

  • Free Standard Shipping: We offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no hidden shipping fees at checkout.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is handed over to USPS, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your package anytime directly on the USPS website or through our official store tracking page.

7. Address Accuracy & Modifications

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. Please double-check your details at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us immediately within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@dayuntalibllc.com. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, a reshipping fee may apply.

8. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking info shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local USPS office. If your package is significantly delayed beyond our standard delivery window, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
